These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at panel-poplarcore.click and your enrollment in training programs offered by Panel Poplar Core Co., Ltd. ("Panel Poplar Core," "we," "us"). By accessing this site or registering for a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

Using this website or submitting an enquiry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll in our programs.

2. Services described

Panel Poplar Core provides in-person and remote educational training in mean reversion chart analysis. We do not execute trades, manage funds, provide investment advice regulated under securities law, or sell trading signals. Program descriptions on this site are informational; specific dates, capacity, and pricing are confirmed in writing at enrollment.

3. Enrollment and payment

Seat reservations require a deposit as stated on the Rates page. Remaining balances are due by the deadline in your confirmation email. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht unless otherwise noted. We do not process card payments through this website; payment instructions are sent separately.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, chart templates, workbooks, and recorded materials provided during programs — is owned by Panel Poplar Core or licensed to us. You may use printed materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly distribute our materials without written permission.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. Recording sessions without consent, sharing another participant's chart work without permission, or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.

6. No guarantee of trading results

Training describes analytical methods used in chart study. Past examples in materials are illustrative. We make no promise of profit, performance improvement, or suitability for your financial situation. Trading involves risk of loss; you are solely responsible for decisions made in live markets.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Panel Poplar Core is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or attendance at programs, including trading losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid program is limited to the fees you paid for that program.

8. Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
